Test Order
Ordering Pharmacogenomics (PGx) testing for your patient has never been easier. With PGxRx, you have the flexibility to ORDER THE TEST ONLINE through our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal, or by FAXING A PAPER ORDER to us.
At PGxRx, we believe in empowering patients to take control of their health. That's why we offer the option for PATIENTS TO REQUEST PHARMACOGENOMICS (PGX) TESTING online themselves.
Once the order is placed, expert physicians review the order and prescribe the appropriate test. All patients get a consultation with a dedicated PGx counselor at no additional cost to help them understand their genetic results. Patients can also choose to share their results with their healthcare provider through a secure portal.

Payment:
The cost of PGx testing may vary depending on the payment option chosen, such as insurance or institutional billing.

Sample collection:
Buccal sample collection kits can either be sent directly to the patient's home or to the healthcare provider's office to collect the patient's sample during their appointment.

Results access:
When your patient's results are prepared, we will either fax the results to you, send them via a secure e-mail, or make them available in your portal account.
As the provider, you get access to the following test reports:
